Tapdeq Shipping Policy

 

Processing Time  

Orders placed through the Tapdeq website are typically processed within **1-3 business days**. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing times may vary during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time 

Tapdeq offers multiple shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited shipping. Estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination:

- Standard Shippin: 5-10 business days  

- Expedited Shipping : 2-5 business days  

- International Shipping : 10-20 business days (depending on the location and customs clearance)

 

Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to carrier delays, customs processing times, and other external factors beyond our control.

 

Shipping Rates  

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, destination, and package weight. Free shipping promotions, if available, will be applied automatically or require the use of a promotional code.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s customs regulations. Tapdeq is not liable for any delays caused by customs processing. If a package is held by customs, it is the recipient’s responsibility to provide the necessary documentation or payment for clearance.

 

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing an order. Tapdeq is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required for reshipment.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Tapdeq is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please check with your local carrier or file a claim directly with them. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location to prevent theft.

 

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible if it has already been processed or shipped. If you need to make changes, please contact Tapdeq Customer Support as soon as possible at [support@tapdeq.com].

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the claim and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
